Key Responsibilities:
Lead user onboarding and provide exceptional support across digital channels.
Collect, analyze, and translate user feedback into actionable recommendations for the Product team.
Resolve user issues promptly and proactively, building loyalty and trust.
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Tech to continuously enhance the user experience.
Engage with our community to educate users and drive product adoption.
This role requires a proactive, empathetic problem-solver who sees customer support as a strategic function. You will be the voice of our users, shaping the future of our products.
