Legal & Compliance Consultant

At Egypteneur, we are building multiple fintech products and require expert legal and compliance support for partnerships, operations, and regulatory readiness. This is an advisory role focused on strategic guidance, not daily administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on corporate governance, contracting, and commercial agreements.
Provide guidance on fintech, payments, and data protection regulations.
Support in drafting and reviewing NDAs, merchant agreements, and bank partnerships.
Identify legal risks and ensure documentation is structured and audit-ready.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in corporate law and regulatory advisory, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector. You will work directly with leadership to enable our growth while ensuring legal and regulatory soundness.
