How to Request Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting Egypteneur through:

Please include:

- Registered Email Address (if applicable)
- Registered Mobile Number (if applicable)
- Product Name (e.g., HerWallet Cash, Junior Cash, ElitePay, Flexlancer)
What Happens After a Deletion Request?
Upon verification of the account owner’s identity, Egypteneur will:
- Deactivate the account
- Delete personal information not required for legal or regulatory purposes
- Remove access to the service
- Delete user-generated content where applicable
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Security investigations
- Regulatory requirements
- Financial and accounting records
Where applicable, retained information will be securely stored and processed only for legitimate business or legal purposes.
