Banking Operations Manager – CBE Sandbox & Partner Banks

At Egypteneur, we are engineering bank-grade super-apps. This role is central to our success, managing the critical link between our products, regulatory bodies, and financial partners to ensure seamless and compliant money flows.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead CBE FinTech sandbox applications and translate regulatory guidance into operational flows.
Manage technical and operational relationships with partner banks for integrations like QR codes, instant payments, and card issuing.
Design and oversee wallet operations, including funding, settlement, and reconciliation, in line with CBE/AML/KYC standards.
Act as the primary operational contact between Egypteneur, the CBE, and our banking partners.
This role requires hands-on experience in banking operations or digital payments in Egypt. We are looking for a builder who is excited to create new financial rails and connect our digital economies to the national banking system.
